COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT
Loading image files onto our website implies by default that you the customer either created the files or have consent from the image owner to reproduce the image/s.
Proceeding to load images onto our website by default means that you take full responsibility for any breach of copyright by a third party.
Most/ all images by schools or professional photographers are usually subject to copyright.
RETURNS POLICY
Please choose your order carefully as we do not refund or exchange for “change of mind” purchases. We ensure that all items are in good condition when packed and posted however in the event that you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work out a solution with you.
CURRENCY & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars AUD and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
DELIVERY
Which countries do you deliver to?
Our postage charges are based on deliveries Australia wide, we can post your puzzle to any country, you will be invoiced for the additional postage charges once we receive the delivery address for your puzzle. Please email the delivery address to info@dmemories4u.com.au
Can you gift wrap the puzzle?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping, you can select gift wrapping when in check out .
What is the cost of postage?
The delivery charges vary depending on the quantity of puzzles you have ordered.
1 x small 5×7 Inch or A5 based puzzle is $2.40
1 x small puzzle, A4 & A3 based, which is sent in a small or medium box is $11.00
1 x Large puzzle which is sent in a large box is $14.00
How long till I receive my puzzle?
Once we receive your confirmation to process with your order your puzzle will be posted within 1-5 business days. Delivery is between 1 and 14 days depending on location and delivery method.
Which company delivers my puzzle?
We currently use Australia Post.
Can I track my order once it is shipped?
Your tracking number and updates will be emailed direct from Australia Post.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us immediately.
Please note: There is no tracking on standard $2.40 and $3.60 postage.
