Select your image on your computer, right click, go down to Properties. Under General it will show you the file size.

10MB, Larger the file the longer it will take to upload.

If the image was taken with your actual phone and not someone else’s and not sent to you or taken from a Facebook page then the phone will give you the option to send the image at different sizes.

Mobile phone steps to sending an image.

Go to your gallery of images

Click on the image you want

Click on the square looking icon with the arrow at the top of the square (This icon is on the bottom left of my screen)

You should see the option to email (the envelope) the image. Click on the envelope

Type in my email address info@dmemories4u.com.au

Subject – Put your name

Now click send (blue arrow)

You should now see the option to select ACTUAL SIZE or ORIGINAL

If the sizes don’t appear and the email just sends that means the image wasn’t taken with your actual phone.

Images from Facebook are only a wallet size as Facebook minimises the image automatically.

You will need to find out who has the original file of the image and email that image to me.

Yes you can but please ensure that your dimensions are set to the correct size for that particular puzzle.

Yes we can. We will edit your image and email you a proof of your puzzle for your approval.

Please take note of the millimeter (mm) dimensions of the puzzle you would like to order and make the layout size the same as the file size For Example if you would like to create a collage of images for a 1000 piece puzzle please make the file size 773mm x 510mm at 150 DPI

Yes you can, please contact us directly for details.

Yes we do. How do I scan the image? Please scan the image at 600 DPI and try to scan just the image not the whole area around the image as well. You should have a crop box that you can use to move to fit around your image then press scan.

We accept, JPEG, PNG and RAW. Please email direct if using any other format.

Simply go to our contacts page, email your image to us and we will check the quality of your image and let you know if it’s suitable for your puzzle. Let us know which puzzle you’re interested in and we will contact you.

Yes you can, we accept digital or scanned images.

Yes the colours can appear different on your screen to the finally puzzle print.

Yes we can. There is an additional charge of $10 per 5 images. We will edit each image to make them as clear and sharp as possible if required. We will then email you a proof for you to look over and approve before we commence making your puzzle.

Absolutely, please upload your image, please specify which puzzle you’re interested in and we will email you to let you know if your image is suitable.

If we have not started making your puzzle, yes you can cancel your order.

If we have not started making your puzzle, yes you can cancel and receive a refund on your order. Once in production, refunds can be refused.

Absolutely. When filling out the order form please write the delivery address that you require the puzzle to be delivered to and we will post the puzzle directly to the recipient of the puzzle.

Absolutely, all of your private information stays with us, we do not sell your information or pass on your information to anyone else. We have installed reCAPTCHA for added security against hacking.

Payments can be made via PayPal, Direct Debit or Credit Card via eWay

Our postage charges are based on deliveries Australia wide, we can post your puzzle to any country, you will be invoiced for the additional postage charges once we receive the delivery address for your puzzle.

To redeem a discount voucher, simply create your puzzle and place your order, once you are redirected to the checkout you will have an option to enter your discount voucher in the Discount Codes section.

Once we receive your confirmation to process with your order your puzzle will be posted within 3-8 business days.

Delivery is between 1 and 14 days depending on location and delivery method.

Yes you can, if you require your tracking number please email us.

Please note: There is no tracking on standard $3.00 and $4.00 postage.

If Australia Post have tried to deliver your parcel but no one was home they will take your puzzle to your local post office for you to collect. If you have checked with your local office and they do not have your puzzle please contact us.

You will receive a confirmation email from us.

No, there won’t be any paperwork in your parcel.

The delivery charges vary depending  on the quantity of puzzles you have ordered.

1 x small 5x7Inch puzzle is $3.00

1 x small puzzle which is sent in a small box is $11.00

1 x Large puzzle which is sent in a large box is $14.00

Yes we can. We offer standard delivery and express post, if you require urgent delivery please let us know when you place your order.

We currently use Australia Post.

We may use a different service for large, bulk orders.

Yes we offer gift wrapping, you can select gift wrapping when in check out.

Yes, If you order multiple puzzles of the same size you will be eligible for the bulk order rate. For a quote on your bulk order price please email us directly with the quantity and puzzle size that you’re interested in and we will email you a quote.

 

Yes we do, if you’re from a school, kindergarten, child care centre, nursing home or any other community group we have a few fund raising options to suit your needs.
