Your puzzle will be broken up, put into a resealable cello bag and placed into our unique strong magnetic gift box. The label will display your image as a reference. (The small A5 puzzles are supplied flat on support card with no box.)

If we need to make any changes to your puzzle, we will email you a proof of your puzzle for you to approve before production so that you have complete confidence in the quality of the end result. You get to visualise the actual product before you receive it and have the opportunity to make changes so that you are 100% happy.
