We guarantee our work. We regularly communicate with you and advise you about the picture you’ve chosen for your puzzle. If you’re image isn’t ideal for the puzzle you will be notified immediately. You will always have the option to change the image so that you’re 100% happy with your puzzle.

Our unique strong small magnetic gift box is used for your puzzle. The label will display your image as a reference. (The small A5 12 piece, 30 piece and heart puzzles are supplied flat on support card with no box.)

FACEBOOK images are NOT suitable for any puzzles over an A4 size.

If we need to make any changes to your puzzle, we will email you a proof of your puzzle for you to approve.
