Unfortunately we will not be producing tray puzzle for the remainder of this year.

Puzzles in a tray allows you to place the puzzle pieces within the border of the image. Having a border around the outside of the puzzle pieces gives children a guide as to where to place the outside puzzle pieces.

Your image should go to the orange line, this give a perspective to the positioning of the pieces.

We guarantee our work. We regularly communicate with you and advise you about the picture you’ve chosen for your puzzle. If you’re image isn’t ideal for the puzzle you will be notified immediately. You will always have the option to change the image so that you’re 100% happy with your puzzle.

FACEBOOK images are NOT suitable for any puzzles over an A4 size.

If we need to make any changes to your puzzle, we will email you a proof of your puzzle for you to approve before production so that you have complete confidence in the quality of the end result. You get to visualise the actual product before you receive it and have the opportunity to make changes so that you are 100% happy.
